prison break...

Some people look at building structures or mechanical parts and see the form and shape. We drive our cars and ride our bikes from one place to another without really understanding how engines work. Some very special ones look at buildings and see not only how its built... but the materials used... the artistic expression... the flow of movements and environment... and also the complex engineering formulas to construct one. I heard this from an episode of Prison Break. OK.. OK... its my latest craze now... after Sopranos. Its probably true too. I think there are such special people who can invent ideas and nourish creative design spontaneously.

It could be from childhood experiences and motivation to live life to the fullest. Its probably from how early we perceive and understand our surroundings and feelings. When we look at something... lets say the computer monitor.. do we really take time and see its form. We are so rushed and live in a dog eat dog world... there is no time to sit back. There is no time to be creative. How did the ancient Greeks, Indians and Chinese build such amazing engineering marvels? They never had calculators or engineering books. Sometimes we take for granted the amazing history of man and his achievements in art, engineering and design. Its also hard to believe how we are able to build bridges, monster ships, sports cars... or even computers.

Where do we stop and where do we go from here? Some of us have hardly started. Its hard to think we live in a globalize world with flights zipping across the whole world... sharing ideas and creativity over the internet. I am truly excited at the thought of new and better things to come. Some say its depressing to feel small in such a huge creative explosion, but to me... its the dawn of true friendship and sharing of creative ideas among citizens of this planet.

the future is here ...

Tonight we face the future. The greatest Champions League Final ever, we won. But tonight we have a thing to prove... to the world and to football. It wasn't fluke... it wasn't luck. Its hard to counter all those critisms all these years. Why must 'Sir' Alex Ferguson say those mean words to a fellow English team last week?? We Liverpool fans just know it all too clearly. He does not deserve the knighthood, he is nothing more than a sour loser.

I just don't understand why we need to prove to him or the reason Manchester fans have this 'thing', but I know Liverpool has great footballing spirit no other team can ever compare. Its hard for non-fans to understand, but time and time again we show true grit and exceptional skill when it matters. We are all over the world a united force and our footballing spirit reflects the true colours of the team.

Steven Gerrard.. to me you are a true footballer and a super character. Personally, you will be in same league as Pele and Zidane if you win tonight. The Gods of football is with you and the team. If ever in a million years you read this, please know how happy you make us feel.

2-0 is my prediction.

we need zidane in the finals... Liverpool will win!!

Growing up watching John Barnes, Ian Rush, Dalgish and Keegan winning game after game... Liverpool has etched its massive influence on me for ages. Liverpool's own style of passing and team work can never be repeated by any other club. Liverpool fans are really one of a kind... humble and passionate about real football. We don't fancy pretty boys, big money or arrogance in our game or team support.

What else can we say about reaching the Champions League finals... again. Epic is the only word that can describe the next encounter with AC Milan.

Its true testimony of Liverpool's resilience and footballing spirit if they can reach this finals... this year. Even with a squad barely reaching the salaries of Chelsea, Real Madrid or MU... we are playing with such passion, skill and love for the beautiful game of football. We fans are super special in our unity and strength as we face so much critism and sarcasm through these years.

We will do it... and win.

Personally... I wish Zidane plays for us. He has the Liverpool spirit.
